Your Time, Their Future
Become a College Volunteer
Our College values the shared responsibility between families, community members, and staff in educating our children. We warmly invite parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts and all community members to support classroom and co-curricular activities through volunteering.
To help us coordinate these efforts, please complete the Volunteer Induction process below. All volunteers are required to hold a current Blue Card or Exemption Card. Applying for a Blue Card is free, but please allow up to 21 days for processing. In accordance with Queensland legislation, volunteers must not commence until their card has been issued. Instructions for applying are included in the induction process.
The College is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all. Volunteers are expected to uphold College policies and support its ethos. Once approved, volunteers must sign in at Grace House or International College and wear a “Visitors” badge at all times while on campus or participating in College activities off-site. Before leaving, volunteers must return to Grace House or International College to sign out and return their badge.
