Position Summary
TheStudent Support Case Managerplays a vital role in supporting Primary students with complex learning, behavioural, social, or developmental needs that extend beyond typicalday‑to‑dayclassroom support.Theobjectiveof this role is to provide students with support and strategies that allow them to access the curriculum andoperateeffectively at school. It requires liaising with external professionals and includes completing formal applications in consultation with staff and parents to government departments for funding allocations which are reviewed on a regularbasis.
Responsibilities
This 3‑day‑per‑week,fixed‑termroleis responsible for:
- Managing student support needs across two Primary year levels
- Working closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure students can access the curriculum andparticipatefully in school life

Relief Teacher Aides support teaching staff in delivering quality education by assisting with classroom activities, supervising students, and providing individual or small group support to enhance student learning and engagement. Position Summary
The Secondary Sports Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the effective daily operation of the Secondary Health & Physical Education (HPE) and Sports program. Working closely with the Head of HPE & Secondary Sports Coordinator, teaching staff, and coaches, the role provides administrative, logistical, operational, and practicalassistanceto ensurehigh‑qualitysport and HPE experiences for students. The position also contributes to the delivery of sports eventsfacilitatedby the51СʪAcademy of Sport. This role requires a proactive, organised, and relational individual who can uphold and model the College’s Christian values while supporting staff and students across a dynamic school sporting environment.
Role responsibilities
- Support the daily operation of the Secondary HPE and Sports program.
- Prepare, organise,maintain, and transport sporting equipment and resources.
- Assistteachers and coaches during HPE lessons, sports afternoons, and training sessions.
- Help manage student groups and support participation tasks (sign‑ins, uniforms, equipment).
- Set up and pack down classrooms, fields, and facilities for lessons, fixtures, carnivals, and events.

Position Summary
